I've called on Huw's services twice and found him and his team to be excellent in both workmanship and attitude. When you combine that with a fair price you can't wish for better. Thoroughly recommend!

How was absolutely amazing he literally stripped down my whole boiler cleaned everything and put it all back together had my heating and hot water back on in minutes. I am extremely grateful and I highly recommend to anyone will always use huw from now on.

New boiler fitted and water tank moved into garage. (closed/unvented heating and hot water system. ) The team were excellent and really pleased with the work and results.

Huw assessed our existing boiler and advised on replacement options. He came up with two quotes and was able to start work the next day! The job was finished in two days thanks to the hard work of Huw, Tom and Isaac. No mess was left and all old parts and new packaging removed. Excellent service all round: highly recommended.

Woke up one morning to find no hot water and no heating. Found a telephone number for someone that was local and had great reviews. Huw came out within an hour of my phone call. He identified what the issue was and left to get the various replacement parts. Quickly returned, undertook the work including giving the boiler a good overhaul to ensure that all was safe and working as should be. So pleased with the work undertaken and the overall cost. Can't recommend Huw highly enough and will be using him to undertake the annual service next year.

First time using this company my mum and I had a leak with a Radiator while dad was taken into hospital on Monday 12th April, While I was helping mum with the hospital etc, we had a leak on Tuesday my brother in law phoned around and This company was only the one available to do a repair and they would come out on Friday 16th at 8am Friday arrived and at the 8am a Plumber knocked the door and introduced himself as Tom, went up into the bathroom and showed him where the leak is and he advised us on our options you could either repair or have new valves put on the radiator we decided to have new valves (because it’s leaked before ) Tom advised he would have to go back to Llanishen to get the valves and when he comes back he would have to drain the system, replace the valves and refill the system and bleed the radiators and all throughout his time with us he was pleasant, kept us informed of what he was doing. Very professional Job Tom and a great asset to your company (please pass it on from Hawkins/Tyrrell family) We have ourselves a very reliable company and we will surely be back using you again as we have other plumbing jobs that need to be done in the near future… Thank you.

Boiler Service and Repair - Huw has completed all plumbing work for me consistently for the last 5-6 years and I honestly wouldn’t have anyone else. He takes the time to explain exactly what he is going to do, he is honest and also very meticulous with regards to the work he completes. If you instruct him, then you don’t need to worry as you will certainly be in safe hands. Highly recommended.

Quick response to request for help and efficient service. Problem with leaking dishwasher sorted well within an hour. Hugh was friendly, helpful and very COVID-19 aware which was reassuring. Happy to recommend Thornhill Plumbers and they will be our first port of call if any problems arise in the future.

Huw was fantastic - he came to do a boiler service and stayed to source parts and fix what was wrong on the spot. He also took the time to explain what was wrong which was great. Huw followed COVID-19 guidelines which I appreciated.

Huw came to fix our boiler. He was prompt, explained things clearly and followed Covid regulations well. He diagnosed the problem quickly, cleaned our heating plate and we have had no problems since. Lovely chap and we have no hesitation to recommend.

Contacted this company this morning on the back of reviews to fix 2 cisterns and replace a washing machine waste pipe. Huw responded promptly and was amazed that he could do the job today ! I’m absolutely thrilled with is workmanship - fixed all the issues I had to a high standard and even cleaned up after each job. Thank you. I’m considering cancelling my British Gas HomePlan and getting Thornhill Plumbing to do the servicing instead. Will be in touch soon. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service. Replaced boiler, flushed the heating system, fixed a stop tap leak, a toilet leak and replaced our kitchen tap. All done in the midst of a lockdown so professionally and to a very high standard. To make it even better Huw's a really great guy too! Would recommend with no hesitation at all - great reliability, quality, service and value.

First boiler service since moving in and first time we've used Huw. Very impressed with how thorough the service was, and Huw picked up a safety issue with our flue we had no idea about (and maybe never would have with a less thorough plumber! ) and sorted that too while he was here.
